Animal welfare
At least five percent of Daitoo's revenue goes to animal welfare. One or more organisations, chosen once a year in December, and every donation published on this page.
The promise
Five percent is the floor rather than the target. It hangs on no particular good year, no campaign and no one feature: if Daitoo earns something, a twentieth of it leaves for animal welfare, and if it earns nothing, then nothing is what there is to give. Mochi came out of a shelter, and this page exists because of him.
Who is Mochi?How it works
One or more organisations a year, but never many. A small amount split ten ways is ten amounts too small to matter, where one or two donations are worth making and worth writing down. The choice is made in December, because that is when a year can be counted.
